1. Policy Online Reservation / Cancellation

a. Online Booking Process

After completion of the online booking you will receive by email an automatic confirmation of the commitment of your reservation. IMMEDIATELY Please check the correctness of the data confirmation of the commitment of reservation (name, surname, date of arrival, departure date, etc.) and let the hotel management if you notice a mistake.

In automatic response you receive by email will also state the amount of the advance should be submitted to the online booking confirmation, which will be equal to 30% of the total amount, as well as a link to the payment of payment through paypal. If you have a problem or you have accidentally deleted this email, please contact the hotel management by e-mail or telephone. For a valid confirmation of your reservation should deposit the advance to be made within 15 minutes from the time you made your online booking. Otherwise your reservation will be canceled automatically.

b. Cancellation - Changing

After completion of the online booking, the user receives by email an automatic confirmation commitment booking. To cancel or change your online booking you must inform us by email or telephone and confirm the cancellation or your change (if the opt in email), you should receive your e tachydromeioo the corresponding confirm cancellation or change if this is feasible.

You can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before arrival date. In this case you will be refunded the deposit amount in full.

In case of cancellation in less than 20 days prior to arrival date will be charged the cost of one night.

2. Payment

a. Methods (online) Payment of Deposit Corresponding

To confirm your reservation you must pay the  deposit the equivalent of the corresponding  to be printed on your booking capture page, using one of the following Payment Methods. For a valid confirmation of your reservation should deposit the advance to be made within 15 minutes from the time you made your online booking. Otherwise your reservation will be canceled automatically.

The deposit of money to our bank account should arrive in 5 working days from the dispatch of your booking. After this time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

    Attention, if you choose to send the wire transfer to be through another bank charges and then there are the customer and the business. In this case and expenses of transfer attributable to the company (about 5 €), paid by the client. Otherwise there are no charges.
